%X 为了更好地实现迈向高质量发展的目标，制造业企业需要对财务管理结构进行相应的调整，在新时代背景下，企业发展面临着诸多机遇，也迎来了某些挑战。市场经济的蓬勃发展加剧了制造业的竞争，制造业企业若想全面发展，必须革新其财务管理结构。目前大多数制造业企业已经采用了财务共享模式，建立了财务共享服务中心，但财务共享服务中心也面临着新的问题。本文介绍了制造业企业财务共享服务中心的建设情况及其存在的问题，并给出在高质量发展背景下的制造业企业财务共享服务中心的具体优化措施，以期实现制造业又快又好发展。<br />
In order to better achieve the goal of moving toward high-quality development, manufacturing enterprises need to make corre-sponding adjustments to their financial management structure. In the context of the new era, the development of enterprises faces many opportunities and ushers in certain challenges. The vigor-ous development of market economy has intensified the competition in manufacturing industry. If manufacturing enterprises want to develop comprehensively, they must innovate their financial management structure. Most manufacturing enterprises have already adopted the financial sharing model and established financial shared service centers, but financial shared service centers are also facing new problems. This paper introduces the construction of financial shared service centers of manufacturing enterprises and their problems, and gives specific optimization measures for financial shared service centers of manufacturing enterprises in the context of high-quality development, with a view to achieving fast and good development of manufacturing industries.
