%X 高质量、专业化的婴幼儿托育服务人才需求日益增加。通过对江门市婴幼儿托育服务与管理人才的现状的调研，确定了以岗位需求为导向的人才培养目标。通过产教融合、校企共建平台、中医药医育教结合、名师工作室设立、岗课赛证融合等方式，培养能够从事婴幼儿生活照料、安全保障、健康看护、学习发展、家园共育等相关工作的高素质技术技能人才。<br />
The demand for high-quality and professional infant care service talents is increasing. Through the investigation of the current situation of infant care service and management talents in Jiangmen City, the goal of talent training oriented by job demand is determined. Through the integration of production and education, university-enterprise co-construction platform, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine education, the establishment of famous teachers’ studios, and the integration of post-class competitions and certificates, we will cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who can engage in infant life care, safety assurance, health care, learning and development, home co-education and other related work.
