%X 随着实施“走班制”的学校逐渐增加,北京十一学校作为最早最成功的学校之一。学校改革是否也会对教师管理进行改革呢?又如何进行管理,打造“一流教师队伍”?所以,本文基于走班制为背景,发现走班制对教师队伍建设的重要性,然后利用海因茨?韦里克的人员管理系统进行分析,最后得出北京十一学校在教师管理中的成功经验。
As the number of schools gradually increased implementing the “class-selection system”, Beijing National Day School was one of the earliest and most successful schools. Will school reform also reform teacher management? And how to build “first-class faculty team”? Firstly, we based on the background of class-selection system, and finds out the importance of class-selection system to the construction of teachers’ team. Secondly, we use crew management systems of Heinz Verick to analyze how to manage teachers under class-selection system. Finally, we conclude the successful experience of Beijing National Day School in teacher management.
