Research on the “Bi-Directional” High School-University Consistent Talent Cultivation Mode %A 叶婷婷 %J Advances in Education %P 859-865 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AE.2023.133138 %X 高等教育人才培养是一项系统工程,其中高中和大学这两个学段的贯通与协作又是重中之重。长期以来,高中和大学的人才培养衔接不够紧密,高中毕业生入学后存在学力水平下降、学习目标不明确、学习积极性降低等问题,严重阻碍了学生的全面发展,影响了高等教育的人才培养质量。因此,本文旨在理清高中和大学两个学段的人才培养内在逻辑关系,构建“共行、共研、共享、共赢”的贯通人才培养模式,打造高中与高校“双向奔赴”的人才培养共同体,培育面向未来的创新型人才。
The cultivation of talents in higher education is a systematic project, among which the coherence and collaboration between the two academic levels of high school and university are of paramount importance. For a long time, the articulation of talent cultivation between high school and university is not close enough, and there are problems such as decreasing academic ability level, unclear learning goals and lower learning motivation among high school graduates, which seriously hinder the overall development of students and affect the quality of talent cultivation in higher education. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to clarify the inner logical relationship between the talent cultivation of high school and university, to build a coherent talent cultivation mode of “joint action, joint research, joint sharing and joint win”, to build a talent cultivation community of high school and university, and to cultivate innovative talents for the future. %K 双向奔赴,贯通人才培养模式,人才培养共同体
