In the case of the normalization of the epidemic, in order to prevent the continued spread of the epidemic on campus, some colleges and universities have holidays in advance. Therefore, the holidays of college students are extended, the time at home is prolonged, and the activities outside are reduced, which leads to greater mood swings of college students, and they are prone to negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, and irritability. In this case, it is necessary to relieve psychological problems through the guidance of psychological teachers, participation in psychological quality training, and appropriate cultural and sports activities, so that college students can study hard, take care of their bodies, and maintain their mental health during the epidemic prevention period.
