The professional self-development of kindergarten teachers refers to the process that kindergarten teachers improve themselves and their professional level by persisting in updating and enriching their own internal professional knowledge. In this study, through interviews and other forms, we understand the needs of private kindergarten teachers for professional self-development, analyzes the factors that restrict the professional self-development of private kindergarten teachers, including their own, kindergarten and government, and improves the necessity of social support from three aspects: educational policy and institutional support, organizational culture support, and school support. %K 民办幼儿园教师,专业自主发展,社会支持
