%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">幼儿园教师专业自主发展是指幼儿教师在专业生涯中，采取坚持更新、丰富自内在专业知识的方式来完善自身，以提高专业水平的过程。本次研究通过访谈等形式，了解民办幼儿园教师对于专业自主发展的需要，分析制约民办幼儿园教师专业自主发展的自身、园所、政府等多方面的因素，并从教育政策与制度支持、组织文化支持、学校支持三个方面健全社会支持的必要性。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The professional self-development of kindergarten teachers refers to the process that kindergarten teachers improve themselves and their professional level by persisting in updating and enriching their own internal professional knowledge. In this study, through interviews and other forms, we understand the needs of private kindergarten teachers for professional self-development, analyzes the factors that restrict the professional self-development of private kindergarten teachers, including their own, kindergarten and government, and improves the necessity of social support from three aspects: educational policy and institutional support, organizational culture support, and school support.</span>
