%X CDK4/6作为调节细胞周期的关键蛋白激酶，在衰老、DNA修复等行为中也扮演着重要的角色，对于CDK4/6以及其抑制剂的应用的相关研究也正在进行中，近年来成为在各种癌症类型中进行热点探究的潜在靶点。本文就CDK4/6抑制剂在消化道肿瘤治疗的研究进展进行讨论。<br />
As a key protein kinase that regulates cell cycle, CDK4/6 also plays an important role in aging, DNA repair and other behaviors. Relevant studies on the application of CDK4/6 and its inhibitors are al-so in progress. In recent years, CDK4/6 has become a potential target for hot research in various cancer types. This article discusses the progress of CDK4/6 inhibitors in the treatment of digestive tract tumors.
