%X 目的：探究国内外恶性肿瘤的疾病谱变化，分析常见恶性肿瘤的流行病学特点。方法：通过查阅大量国内外文献，了解国内外肿瘤登记制度的发展趋势，从时间、人群分布、年龄、地域方面了解恶性肿瘤分布的影响因素。结果：查阅了国内外大量文献，了解了肿瘤登记制度的完善趋势，高发肿瘤的发病率和死亡率及影响因素。结论：通过本篇文章，为相关部门提供参考依据，更好地实现医疗资源的均衡配置。<br />
Objectives: To explore the changes of disease spectrum of malignant tumors at home and abroad, and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of common malignant tumors. Methods: Through reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign literature, the development trend of tumor reg-istration system at home and abroad was understood, and the influencing factors of malignant tu-mor distribution were understood from the aspects of time, population distribution, age and region. Results: A large number of literature at home and abroad were consulted, and the improvement trend of tumor registration system, the incidence and mortality of high-incidence tumors and their influencing factors were understood. Conclusion: Through this article, this paper provides a refer-ence for relevant departments to better achieve the balanced allocation of medical resources.
