%X 亚急性甲状腺炎(Subacute thyroiditis)是一种最常见的甲状腺疼痛性疾病，中医药在治疗该病方面具有显著优势，同时在临床实践中也存在着一些问题，如各医家辩证没有统一标准，用药治法缺乏变通等。马国庆教授擅长治疗甲状腺疾病，并有着自己独到的医学见解，认为亚甲炎的基本病机为外感毒邪，宜以清热解毒，散结止痛为基本治法，自拟清热消毒饮治之，成效甚佳。<br />
Subacute thyroiditis is one of the most common thyroid pain diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in treating this disease. At the same time, there are some problems in clinical practice, such as the lack of unified standards of dialectics among doctors, and the lack of flexibility in medication. Professor Ma Guoqing is good at treating thyroid diseases, and has his own unique medical opinion. He believes that the basic pathogenesis of sub-thyroiditis is exogenous toxin. It is appropriate to take heat-clearing and detoxication, dispersing nodules and relieving pain as the basic treatment. He has developed a heat-clearing and disinfection drink to treat it, and has achieved good results.
