%X 目的:基于国内单身女性不可冻卵政策下,研究大学生对冻卵技术的了解程度及其看法,为当今生育年龄放缓及生育率降低等问题提供参考方向,有望为减缓未来生育压力提供理论依据与实践思路。方法:通过线上调查问卷分发,面向广东省广佛地区普通高等院校大学生,调查时限为2022年7~8月,运用SPSS 26.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:大学生对冻卵技术的了解程度在性别、年级和院校等变量上不存在显著差异,其态度和看法在性别和院校等两个变量上不存在显著差异,而在年级变量上存在差异;大学生对其了解仅为基本知晓其相关概念;大部分大学生对使用冻卵技术持理解及支持的态度。结论:针对单身女性冻卵可能出现的医疗、法律、伦理问题以及现有的法律法规、管理办法提出相关建议。
Objective: Based on the policy of non freezing eggs for single women in China, the understanding and views of college students on freezing eggs technology were studied, so as to provide a refer-ence direction for the slowing down of childbearing age and fertility rate, and it is expected to provide theoretical basis and practical ideas for slowing down the future fertility pressure. Me-thods: The online questionnaire was distributed to college students in Guangfo, Guangdong Province. The survey was conducted from July to August 2022. The statistical data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0. Results: There was no significant difference in the students’ understanding of frozen egg technology among the variables of gender, grade and college, but there was no significant difference in their attitudes and opinions towards frozen egg technology between the two variables of gender and college, and there was a difference in the variables of grade; college students only have a basic understanding of their relevant concepts; most college students have an understanding and supportive attitude towards the use of frozen egg technology. Conclusion: This paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the medical, legal and ethical problems that may occur in single women’s frozen eggs, as well as the existing laws and regulations and management methods.
