Stress urinary incontinence is a common and frequently occurring female’ disease, which seriously affects the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly patients. With the process of population aging and social development and progress, the increasing incidence is accompanied by the gradual im-provement of people’s understanding of the disease and the demand for treatment. Non-surgical treatment is the first line of treatment for stress incontinence, and attention should be paid to the improvement of patients’ mental health and personal behavior while giving treatment to restore urethral sphincter function. Regarding the sociological problem of stress urinary incontinence, this article will review the understanding and treatment of stress urinary incontinence under the bio-psycho-social medical model. %K 压力性尿失禁,盆底肌,生物–心理–社会–医学模式
