%X 科技创新是中国式现代化建设的核心要素。进一步提升科创中国整体效能，健全新型举国体制，借助数智融合技术的发展，加速我国科技创新体系的构建与发展具有重要战略价值。当前我国高质量发展还面临许多卡点瓶颈，科技创新能力还不强，科技创新领域仍面临着数字鸿沟、产学研融合、关键核心技术创新、科技成果转化等方面问题。数智融合作为数据价值重塑的重要引擎，通过大数据与人工智能AI的融合应用，将进一步完善数字化智能平台建设，优化资源要素配置，释放出更多的数据价值，推动我国科技创新未来发展迈向新路径。<br />
Scientific and technological innovation is the core element of China’s modernization construction. It is of great strategic value to further improve the overall efficiency of science and technology innovation in China, improve the new national system, and accelerate the construction and development of China’s science and technology innovation system with the help of the development of digital intelligence fusion technology.
