%X 近年来，我国2型糖尿病(T2DM)和超重/肥胖的总体发病率呈现逐年上升的趋势。多项研究提示T2DM与超重/肥胖存在相互促进、相互影响的关系。与单纯的超重/肥胖或单纯T2DM相比，T2DM合并超重/肥胖者各方面代谢紊乱更严重，同时T2DM合并超重/肥胖也可显著增加多种疾病的风险。本文重点综述了目前国内外各种慢性非传染性疾病的管理模式的特点。以期为2型糖尿病合并肥胖症的预防和科学的社区管理提供参考。让患者获得更大的收益。<br />
In recent years, the overall incidence rate of type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and overweight/obesity in China has increased year by year. A number of studies suggest that T2DM and overweight/obesity are mutually reinforcing and influencing. Compared with simple overweight/obesity or simple T2DM, T2DM with overweight/obesity has more serious metabolic disorders in all aspects, and T2DM with overweight/obesity can also significantly increase the risk of multiple diseases. This paper focuses on the characteristics of various management models of chronic non communicable diseases at home and abroad. It is expected to provide reference for the prevention of type 2 diabe-tes with obesity and scientific community management to let patients get more benefits.
