%X 本文从习得性无助的实验研究切入，剖析积极心理学中PERMA模式的五个维度的内涵，以及在国内外的临床、教育领域方面的研究成果，通过分析PERMA模式提出的研究背景、理论的发展方式，进一步厘清PERMA模式的发展趋势，以及应用的领域。<br />
This paper starts from the experimental research of learned helplessness, analyzes the connota-tion of the five dimensions of the PERMA model in positive psychology, as well as the research results in the clinical and educational fields at home and abroad, and further clarifies the development trend and application fields of the PERMA model by analyzing the research background and theoretical development methods proposed by the PERMA model.
