Based on the perspective of “Outline of Healthy China Planning” by taking the national food nutrition and health as the foothold, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current national health status, and analyzes the national food nutrition and health and eating habits. Furthermore, this paper points out the existence of health problems, and puts forward suggestions to promote national food nutrition and health.
