%X 随着影像学技术的发展，脑白质病变的高检出率越来越引起人们的重视。但目前关于脑白质病变的危险因素和发病机制还存在许多问号，既往研究发现脑白质病变与25-OH-VD、ALP、年龄、高血压等危险因素相关。而对于脑白质病变的发病机制也缺乏有说服力的共识。本文就脑白质病变的危险因素和发病机制方面进行综述，为脑白质病变的防治提供一定的思路。<br />
With the development of imaging technology, more and more attention has been paid to the high detection rate of white matter lesions. However, there are still many question marks about the risk factors and pathogenesis of white matter lesions. Of the many possible risk factors for white matter lesions, only age and hypertension have been identified, while the rest have not been conclusively identified. There is also a lack of convincing consensus on the pathogenesis of white matter lesions. This article reviews the risk factors and pathogenesis of white matter lesions, and provides some ideas for the prevention and treatment of white matter lesions.
