Social Anxiety in University Students: Survey and Analysis %A 蒋小春 %A 罗宏宇 %A 胡昌生 %J Advances in Psychology %P 314-319 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AP.2023.131038 %X 目的:本研究旨在对大学生社交焦虑现状进行调查。方法:通过线下收集数据的方式,以500名大学生为被试,采用社会交往焦虑量表(SIAS)中文版,加入专业、性别、年龄、家庭教养方式等人口学变量。结果:1) 本次调查大学生社交焦虑的均值显著高于该量表常模,大学生社交焦虑状况严重。2) 不同年级、家庭月收入、是否独生子女并不显著影响大学生社交焦虑状况。3) 性别、专业类别、居住地、是否班干部,家庭教养方式,家庭月收入以及父亲与母亲的文化程度对大学生社交焦虑具有显著影响。结论:大学生的社交焦虑情况严峻,应该引起社会各界关注。
Objective: This study aims to investigate the current situation of social anxiety in university stu-dents. Method: The method is to collect data offline and take 500 university students as subjects. The Chinese version of the Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (SIAS) is adopted, and demographic variables such as major, gender, age, and family upbringing style are added. Results: 1) The mean value of social anxiety of university students in this survey is significantly higher than the scale norm, and the situation of social anxiety in university students is awfully serious. 2) Different grades, family monthly income, and whether the only child or not did not significantly affect the social anxiety status of university students. 3) The residence of gender, major category, place of residence, class leader or not, family upbringing style, family monthly income, and the education level of the father and mother have a significant influence on the level of social anxiety in university students. Conclusion: The situation of social anxiety in university students is serious, and should be paid attention to by all walks of life. %K 社交焦虑,大学生,心理健康
