Sleep and Anxiety in Middle School Students under Temporary COVID-19 Lockdown: The Mediating Role of Mindfulness %A 周晓伟 %A 张奇恒 %A 陈雨露 %J Advances in Psychology %P 203-209 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AP.2023.131025 %X 目的:探讨“新冠”疫情临时封闭管理下的中学生的睡眠、焦虑以及正念状态的关系。方法:以河北省某所因2021年下半年“新冠”疫情而临时封闭管理的寄宿制学校的301名初中学生为研究对象,通过匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、简版Spence儿童焦虑量表、认知和情感正念量表测量其睡眠问题、焦虑、正念。结果:1) 睡眠问题与正念呈显著负相关(r = ?0.29, P < 0.001);睡眠问题与焦虑呈显著正相关(r = 0.50, P < 0.001),正念与焦虑呈显著负相关(r = ?0.26, P < 0.001);2) 正念在中学生的睡眠问题与焦虑关系中起部分中介作用。结论:新冠疫情封闭管理下的中学生的睡眠与焦虑有着紧密联系,而好的睡眠质量还能通过提高正念水平进而缓解焦虑。
Objective: To explore the relationship between sleep, anxiety and mindfulness in middle school students under temporary lockdown management of COVID-19 epidemic. Methods: A total of 301 junior middle school students from a boarding school in Hebei Province that was tempora-rily closed due to the COVID-19 epidemic in the second half of 2021 were selected as the re-search objects. Their sleep problems, anxiety and mindfulness were measured by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Spence Anxiety Scale for Children, and Cognitive and Affective Mindfulness Scale. Results: 1) Sleep problems were negatively correlated with mindfulness (r = ?0.29, P < 0.001). Sleep problems were positively correlated with anxiety (r = 0.50, P < 0.001), while mindfulness was negatively correlated with anxiety (r = ?0.26, P < 0.001). 2) Mindfulness plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between sleep problems and anxiety in middle school students. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between sleep and anxiety in middle school students under lockdown management of COVID-19, and good sleep quality can alleviate anxiety by improving mindfulness level. %K 中学生,“新冠”疫情封控,睡眠质量,焦虑,正念
