Exploration on the Construction of Case Development Community for Master of Public Administration %A 吴文建 %A 方江涛 %J Creative Education Studies %P 212-217 %@ 2331-804X %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/CES.2023.112035 %X 针对目前高等院校公共管理研究生案例开发组织中存在的教师调研投入不足、教师协同开发不多、学生参与积极性较差的问题,文章提出利用学习共同体理念来构建公共管理案例开发共同体,为实现共同体合力开发、促进教学科研良性互动、打破案例开发时空局限、调动学生参与的积极性的建设目的,最后提出参与主体多元、课程凝聚团队、多环协同发力、项目方式推进的措施,从而实现基于共同使命和愿景的案例教学共同体构建。
In view of the problems existing in the case development organization of public management graduate students in colleges and universities, such as insufficient investment in teacher research, little collaborative development of teachers, and poor enthusiasm of students to participate, this paper proposes to use the concept of learning community to build a public management case development community, in order to achieve the construction purpose of joint development of the community, promoting the positive interaction of teaching and research, breaking the space-time limitation of case development, and mobilizing the enthusiasm of students to participate. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures of multiple participants, curriculum cohesion team, multi-ring collaborative efforts, and project promotion, so as to realize the construction of a case teaching community based on a common mission and vision. %K 共同体,公共管理,案例开发
