To solve the problem of lacking effective information management of urban inefficient land. The information platform for supervising urban inefficient land is designed by comprehensive using technologies including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS Engine, SQL Server, Layui, Spring Boot, and UAV panoramic. The platform adopts the mixed architecture of B/S and C/S. It implements the survey results data management, inefficient land data management, spatial planning data management, dynamic supervision of renovation projects, importing national land spatial data into database, inefficient land identification and other functional modules. It has the characteristics of data integration, identification automation, flexibility of contrast, spatial visualization and so on.
