Shaft Drainage Pipe Road Tube Wall Thickness and the Thickness of Additional Calculation %A 魏国昌 %A 刘荣弟 %J Mine Engineering %P 11-17 %@ 2329-731X %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ME.2023.111002 %X 为便于按最大剪应力强度理论推导的竖井井筒排水管路壁厚计算公式的应用,给出了在不同安装形式下管子自重折算系数f的计算公式;对《煤矿井下排水泵站及排水管路设计规范》中关于管壁附加厚度的计算公式进行了分析,指出了其存在的问题,提出了新的计算公式,并通过实例进行了验证;引入了有效厚度的概念,提出了对有效厚度进行强度验算的建议。
For convenience of the maximum shear stress strength theory derivation of shaft shaft drainage pipe wall thickness calculation formula application, this paper gives the calculation formulas of the self-weight conversion factor f of the pipes under different installation forms, and analyzes the calculation formulas of the additional thickness of the pipe wall in the code for the design of un-derground drainage pump station and drainage pipeline in coal mine, this paper points out the existing problems, puts forward a new calculating formula, which is verified by an example, in-troduces the concept of effective thickness, and puts forward some suggestions for checking the strength of effective thickness. %K 竖井井筒排水管路,自重折算系数,附加厚度,有效厚度
