Research on the Influence of Perceived Quality of Career Guidance Courses on Undergraduates’ Professional Quality—Mediation Role of Learning Input %A 顾佳怡 %J Vocational Education %P 55-60 %@ 2160-4401 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/VE.2023.121009 %X 以98名大学生为被试,采用问卷法考察感知就业指导课程质量与本科生职业素养的关系,同时探析学习投入的中介作用。结果发现:1) 感知就业指导课程质量对学习投入和职业素养均有显著的正向预测作用。2) 学习投入在感知就业课程指导质量和职业素养的关系中起部分中介作用。这些结果可以为教育工作者识别影响大学生职业素养的条件并厘清各种条件起作用的机制提供科学参考。
With 98 college students as the subjects, this paper uses the questionnaire method to investigate the relationship between the perceived quality of career guidance courses and the professional quality of undergraduates, and explores the intermediary role of learning input. The results show that: 1) Perceiving the quality of career guidance courses has a significant positive predictive effect on learning engagement and professional quality. 2) Learning input plays a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between the perceived quality of employment curriculum guidance and professional quality. These results can provide scientific reference for educators to identify the conditions that affect college students’ professional quality and clarify the mechanisms in which various conditions play a role. %K 就业指导课,大学生学习投入,职业素养
