%X 近年来极端降雨天气频发，对轨道交通设计、建设、运营提出了新的要求和挑战，为进一步提升轨道交通车辆基地防洪防涝能力，通过调研“720特大暴雨”后轨道交通车辆基地受淹情况，提出车辆基地防洪防涝提升建议及方案。<br />
The frequent occurrence of extreme precipitation in recent years has brought new requirements and challenges to the design, construction and operation of rail transit. In order to further improve the flood control and waterlogging prevention capacity of the rail transit vehicle base, the suggestions and schemes for improving the flood control and waterlogging prevention of the vehicle base are proposed by investigating the flooding situation of the rail transit vehicle base after the “7-20” extreme rainfall event.
