Exploring the Psychological Problems of College Students in the Context of Online Teaching in the Post-Epidemic Era %A 卢姝含 %A 冯海英 %J Advances in Psychology %P 26-31 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AP.2023.131004 %X 后疫情时代,各大高校积极践行“停课不停学”的口号,线上教学已成为常态,尽管线上教学以其独有的优势满足了特殊时期的学习需求,但由于线上教学模式的弊端,疫情之下的大学生群体出现了过度依赖网络而脱离客观现实、学习适应问题、焦虑情绪增加等心理问题。为此提出了加强对学生线上线下心理健康教育、加强对教师网络信息素养的培养、线上与线下教学融合发展、建立健全中国特色线上教学体系等缓解大学生心理问题的对策。
In the post-epidemic era, colleges and universities are actively practicing the slogan of “Suspended Class, Ongoing Learning”, and online teaching has become the norm. Although online teaching meets the learning needs of special periods with its unique advantages, due to the drawbacks of online teaching mode, college students under the epidemic have become overly dependent on the Internet and detached from objective reality, learning adaptation problems, and increased anxiety. To this end, countermeasures to alleviate the psychological problems of college students are proposed, such as strengthening psychological health education for students online and offline, enhancing the cultivation of teachers’ online information literacy, integrating the development of online and offline teaching, and establishing a sound online teaching system with Chinese characteristics. %K 后疫情时代,线上教学,心理问题,大学生
