Study on Failure Law and Control of Large Thickness Mudstone Roof Coal Roadway %A 刘海洋 %J Mine Engineering %P 18-24 %@ 2329-731X %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ME.2023.111003 %X 针对神华棋盘井矿大厚度泥岩顶板巷道在开挖支护后所表现出巷道变形大、泥化严重、易发生冒顶事故的现象,进行现场矿压观测和巷道变形规律分析,分析结果表明大厚度泥岩顶板煤巷围岩力学性质差和支护不合理是巷道失稳破坏的主要原因;根据巷道破坏规律及巷道变形特征,提出了巷道支护优化方案并进行了现场应用。实践表明,通过调整支护参数、喷浆处理巷道表面和对破碎区域注浆处理等方式能够有效地控制大厚度泥岩顶板巷道破坏。
In view of the phenomenon that the roadway with thick mudstone roof in Shenhua Qipan Mine shows large deformation, serious argillization and easy roof fall after excavation and support, the field ground pressure observation and roadway deformation law analysis are carried out. The analysis results show that the poor mechanical properties of surrounding rock and unreasonable support of thick mudstone roof roadway are the main reasons for roadway instability and failure; According to the failure law and deformation characteristics of the roadway, the optimization scheme of roadway support is proposed and applied in the field. The practice shows that the failure of roadway with thick mudstone roof can be effectively controlled by adjusting support parameters, shotcrete treatment of roadway surface and grouting treatment of broken areas. %K 大厚度泥岩顶板,现场观测,巷道变形,控制研究
