The Present Situation, Dilemma and Outlet of Off-Campus Training Institutions under the “Double Reduction” Policy %A 豪冉冉 %J Vocational Education %P 87-95 %@ 2160-4401 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/VE.2023.121015 %X 在“双减”政策的强力规范下,校外培训机构经历着深刻地变革。为了解“双减”政策颁布后校外培训机构的现状与困境,本文调查研究了北京、深圳两地的部分校外培训机构。基于研究者的观察和访谈所得信息,本研究概括描述了我国校外培训机构的发展现状,梳理了校外培训机构的发展问题和所面临的困境。最后本研究结合“双减”政策的要求和现阶段国家对于人才的需求,为校外培训机构的变革提出相应建议:校外培训机构应当充分响应“双减”政策的号召,严格遵守“双减”政策的要求,在加强教师教学能力、降低客户获取与留存成本、合理控制培训场地和培训平台的建设和维护成本、提升课程质量等方面采取有效措施,建立机构的质量和成本优势,提升机构的综合实力。
Under the strong regulation of the “double reduction” policy, off-campus training institutions are experiencing profound changes. In order to understand the current situation and dilemma of off-campus training institutions after the “double reduction” policy was promulgated, this paper investigated and studied some off-campus training institutions in Beijing and Shenzhen. Based on the information obtained from the researchers’ observations and interviews, this study summarized the development status of the off-campus training institutions and teased out the development problems and difficulties faced by the off-campus training institutions. Finally, combining the requirements of the “double reduction” policy and the current national demand for talent, this study puts forward corresponding suggestions for the reform of off-campus training institutions: Off-campus training institutions should fully respond to the call of the “double reduction” policy, strictly abide by the requirements of the “double reduction” policy, take effective measures to strengthen teachers’ teaching ability, reduce customer acquisition and retention costs, reasonably control the construction and maintenance costs of training sites and training platforms, and improve course quality, so as to establish the quality and cost advantages of the institution and enhance the comprehensive strength of the institution. %K “双减”政策,影子教育,在线教育,线下教育
