%X 珠子参是一种含有多种成分的民间常用的中草药，本研究综述了近年来珠子参的化学成分、药理活性及作用机理的研究进展，通过对国内外众多数据库的系统访问，收集、分析、归纳、整理了大量的文献资料。目前已发现珠子参的主要成分有皂苷类、挥发油成分、甾体类化合物及其他，现代药理学研究发现，珠子参可用于治疗肿瘤、心脑血管、肺纤维化、中枢神经系统疾病及免疫系统疾病，为其合理开发及临床治疗提供较为全面的参考。<br />
Bead ginseng is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine commonly used in the folk with a variety of components. This study reviews the research progress of the chemical composition, pharmacological activity and mechanism of action of bead ginseng in recent years, and collects, analyzes, summarizes and organizes a large number of literature through systematic access to many databases at home and abroad. At present, it has been found that the main components of bead ginseng are saponins, volatile oil components, steroidal compounds and others; modern pharmacological research has found that bead ginseng can be used to treat tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pulmonary fibrosis, central nervous system diseases and immune system diseases, providing a more comprehensive reference for its rational development and clinical treatment.
