%X 针灸辞赋是古代针灸文献的一个重要组成部份，例如金代何若愚的《流注指微针赋》、窦汉卿的《标幽赋》和《通玄指要赋》、明代泉石老人的《金针赋》以及不署撰者的《百症赋》、《玉龙赋》等均是针灸学中的经典文献。但针灸中的辞赋只是直陈其事，即采用辞赋的形式着重阐述针灸理法方术的内容，目的主要在于学术知识的传承，与文学作品中的辞赋多借写景记事以抒情言志的性质完全不同，辞赋只不过是一种表达方式和手段，强调求真求实、重在知识传承构成了针灸辞赋的基本特征。在针灸发展史上，针灸辞赋一直受到历代医家的重视，成为针灸启蒙和传道授业的常用工具。本文探讨了针灸辞赋在针灸学术传承中的重要作用和学术价值。<br />
Acupuncture prose poems are an important part of ancient acupuncture literature, such as He Ruoyu’s “Liuzhuzhiweizhenfu” in Jin Dynasty, Dou Hanqing’s “Biaoyoufu” and “Tongxuanzhiyaofu”, and Ming Dynasty Quan Shi’s “Jinzhenfu”, and “Bazhengfu” and “Yulongfu” without authorship, are all classic documents in acupuncture and moxibustion. However, the prose poem in acupuncture and moxibustion is just a straightforward statement; that is, it uses the form of prose poems to focus on explaining the content of acupuncture and moxibustion principles and methods. The main purpose lies in the inheritance of academic knowledge. It is completely different from the nature of prose poems in literary works, which mostly borrows scenes and notes to express emotions. The prose poem is just a way and means of expression, emphasizing truth-seeking and focusing on knowledge inheritance which constitutes the basic characteristics of acupuncture prose poems. In the history of acupuncture and moxibustion development, acupuncture and moxibustion prose poem has always been valued by physicians of all dynasties, and has become a common tool for enlightenment and preaching of acupuncture and moxibustion. The important role and academic value of acupuncture and moxibustion prose poems in the academic inheritance of acupuncture and moxibustion is discussed in this paper.
