%X 本篇文章系统性回顾分析近年有关多囊卵巢综合征的中医文献，多数医家认为本病的病机是与肝脾肾脏腑功能失调，痰湿、血瘀内聚有关。本文章综述了有关多囊卵巢综合征的中医治疗现状，主要包括辨证分型，专病专方，中药人工周期以及外治法(耳穴、穴位贴敷、穴位埋线)、预防调摄等，以期为本病的诊疗提供一定的参考价值。<br />
This article systematically reviewed and analyzed the recent Chinese medicine literature on polycystic ovary syndrome. Most doctors believe that the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is related to the dysfunction of liver, spleen and kidney, phlegm dampness and blood stasis. This article reviews the current status of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, including syndrome differentiation and classification, special disease-specific prescription, artificial cycle of traditional Chinese medicine, external treatment (auricular point application, acupoint application, acupoint thread-embedding), prevention and adjustment, etc., in order to provide some reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
