%X 采用直投式复合多效增强剂、SBS改性沥青、玄武岩集料制备高性能X-PAVE10沥青混合料。通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、肯塔堡飞散等来研究复合多效增强剂对沥青混合料路用性能影响规律。结果发现:复合多效增加剂可以提高混合料的高温抗车辙、低温抗裂、抗水损害性能和抗飞散性能。当复合多效增强剂掺量达到0.4%时,制备的X-PAVE10沥青混合料60℃动稳定度超过了6000次/mm,且?10℃低温弯曲应变也大于3000 με,表现出优异的高、低温性能和水稳定性。
X-Pave 10 asphalt mixture was prepared by direct-throw compound syn-ergis, SBS modified asphalt and Basalt aggregates. Effects of compound synergis on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture were studied by the rutting test, low-temperature bending test, immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw split test and Cantabro test. Results show that compound synergist can improve high temperature rutting resistance and low temperature crack resistance of the mixture, while resistance to water damage and resistance to flying can exhibit better. Dynamic stability at 60?C of X-PAVE 10 asphalt mixture is higher than 6000 wheel passes/mm, while low temperature bending strain at ?10?C is larger than 3000 με. Test results indicate that X-PAVE 10 asphalt mixture has excellent pavement performance at high and low temperatures, as well as wa-ter stability.
