%X 我国大学生整体的心理健康状况是积极良好的，但是在大学生这个庞大的群体中，一小部分学生因为各种原因产生了心理困扰，个别心理困扰的学生导致了心理危机。通过剖析大学生心理危机产生原因入手，深入探究发现危机、评估危机、实施心理危机干预的过程，总结并思考具有可操作性的有效经验做法。<br />
The overall mental health status of Chinese college students is positive and good, but in this large group of college students, a small number of students have psychological distress for various reasons, and individual psychological distress of students leads to psychological crisis. By analyzing the causes of college students’ psychological crisis, we will deeply explore the process of finding crisis, evaluating crisis, and implementing psychological crisis intervention, and summarize and consider effective experiences and practices of operability.
