Application of BOPPPS Teaching Model in the Course of Organization Design and Work Analysis Based on Achievement-Oriented %A 朱晓莉 %A 伍文生 %J Creative Education Studies %P 83-91 %@ 2331-804X %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/CES.2023.111014 %X 为有效提高课程学习效果,提升学生的学习兴趣,构建了基于成果为导向的BOPPPS的教学模式,并在组织设计与工作分析课程中进行了实践与探索。研究结果表明,基于成果导向的课程内容结构优化和BOPPPS教学模式的应用使得学生的学习成果期望得到强化,学习方向明确,自主学习和实践得到提升,较好地达成课程目标。以期为人力资源管理专业课程教学提供有益的借鉴与思考。
In order to improve the learning effect of professional courses and enhance students’ interest in learning and achievement experiences effectively, this article designed an achievement-oriented teaching model based on the BOPPPS teaching method, and carried out the practice in the course of Organization Design and Job Analysis. The research results show that the optimization of curriculum content structure and the application of BOPPPS teaching model make students’ expectation of learning results be strengthened, they have clear learning direction, initiative and practice have been improved, and the curriculum objectives are well achieved, in order to provide useful reference and thinking for the teaching of human resource management professional courses. %K 成果导向,BOPPPS教学模式,组织设计与工作分析
