With the development of market economy in our country, the traditional material management mode of enterprise is easy to change. In order to make the material delivery management of Enterprise Sustainable Development, enterprise must change the traditional management thought in the past, adopt the advanced material arrival management method which must be in line with the entire enterprise material arrival management reform. It has become an inevitable trend to establish a new material management idea and an efficient organization of material arrival management. Only by exploring a new material arrival management mode to adapt to the market development, can we survive and develop in the increasingly fierce market competition.
