%X 在富营养化的水体中,蓝藻治理是国内外科研工作者的研究重点,漂浮过碳酸钠颗粒有效成分为过碳酸钠,可以及时、经济有效地控制有害的蓝藻水华。本文以250平米富营养化水塘作为研究对象,一次性施入2.5公斤(100公斤/公顷)漂浮过碳酸钠颗粒。结果显示这种过碳酸钠剂型处理蓝藻效果非常明显,施用后4小时、8小时、24小时和48小时,水体和底层水体的pH值、DO含量、NH4-N、藻密度和叶绿素含量对比明显,尤其是表面水体的叶绿素和藻密度下降明显,施用产品后24小时,藻密度从7.4万个/ml降低到2万个/ml,降幅达到80%,叶绿素从10 ug/L下降到2 ug/L,底层水体的NH4-N从0.71 mg/L降低到0.34 mg/L,减少一半。
Many domestic and foreign researchers focus on the treatment of cyanobacteria in eutrophic water. The active component of the floating formulation is sodium percarbonate, which can control harmful cyanobacteria economically and effectively. A 250 m2 eutrophic pond was used as the re-search object and 2.5 kg (100 kg/ha) one-time application of floating sodium percarbonate was applied. The results showed that the treatment effect of the floating sodium percarbonate formu-lation on cyanobacteria was remarkable. The changes in pH value, DO content, NH4-N, cyanobacteria cell density and chlorophyll content were obvious before and after the treatment both in the surface water and in the bottom water. 24 hours after application, cyanobacteria cell density decreased from 74,000/ml to 20,000/ml by 80%, chlorophyll decreased from 10 ug/L to 2 ug/L in surface water, and NH4-N decreased from 0.71 mg/L to 0.34 mg/L in bottom water, a half decrease.
