Cultural Analysis of Target Language in the New Edition of PEP Senior High School English Textbook %A 胡中慧 %A 刘敏 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 5333-5340 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ASS.2022.1112726 %X 本文以《普通高中英语课程标准(2017年版)》(以下简称新课标)对高中英语学科中文化意识和文化知识部分的要求为基础,选择2019年人教版高中英语教材(以下简称新教材)中的必修部分(必修一、必修二和必修三)为分析对象,对教材中每单元阅读部分的文章,共32篇文章进行分析。从文化内容的类型、比例和话题展开,集中对文章中包含的目的语文化进行研究,总结出,新教材文化内容部分具有选材广泛、角度新颖和注重母语渗透的特点,在文化意识方面,基本实现了新课标对高中英语阶段要求的七级目标。同时,指出了教材文化内容方面存在的一些不足,为了改善这一情况,给英语教师提出了一些建议。
Based on the requirements of the 2017 English curriculum standard for senior high schools (he-reinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard) for cultural awareness and cultural know-ledge in senior high school English subjects, this paper selects the compulsory parts (compulsory 1, compulsory 2 and compulsory 3) in the 2019 people’s Education Edition senior high school English textbook (hereinafter referred to as the new textbook) as the analysis object. A total of 32 articles in the reading part of each unit in the textbook are analyzed. Starting from the type, proportion and topic of cultural content, this paper focuses on the target language culture contained in the article. It is concluded that the cultural content of the new textbook has the characteristics of wide selection of materials, novel angles and paying attention to the penetration of mother tongue. In terms of cultural awareness, it has basically achieved the cet-7 goal required by the new curriculum standard for senior high school English. At the same time, it points out some deficiencies in the cultural content of teaching materials, and puts forward some suggestions for English teachers in order to improve this situation. %K 新课程标准,目的语文化分析,高中英语教材
