%X 该文通过检索有关文献,分析总结了人性化管理模式在临床护理管理中的实际运用,并综述了对在临床护理人员工作中进行人性化管理模式改革的重要性和具体措施,使护理人员工作效率和满意度得以显著提升,进而有效提高了护理人员的临床护理管理质量和开展高质量护士业务能力,对提升医院的整体护理服务质量水平有着必要的促进作用。
The paper analyzes and summarizes the practical application of humanized management mode in clinical nursing management by searching relevant literature, and reviews the importance and specific measures of reforming humanized management mode in the work of clinical nursing staff, so that the efficiency and satisfaction of nursing staff can be significantly improved, thus effectively improving the quality of clinical nursing management and carrying out high-quality nurses’ business ability, which is important for improv-ing hospital’s overall nursing. It is necessary to promote the overall nursing service quality level of the hospital.
