The algae density and chlorophyll a were investigated in a reservoir from late June 2022 to mid-October 2022, and the dynamic changes of algae density and chlorophyll a and the correlation between them were discussed and analyzed, and the risk assess-ment of cyanobacteria bloom was conducted. The results show that the variation trend of chloro-phyll a and chlorophyll a density is not consistent.
