Effects of Bowel Preparation Timing before Colonoscopy on Bowel Cleanliness and Sleep %A 陈宁君 %A 张苗 %J Nursing Science %P 793-799 %@ 2168-5614 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/NS.2022.116122 %X 目的:研究肠镜检查前不同时机下的肠道准备对患者肠道清洁度及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2020年8月~2022年6月于我院内镜中心实施肠镜检查的3500例患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为三组,同时以抽签方式分别对应不同时机的肠道准备,其中对照组(n = 1100)肠道准备时间为检查前晚6时至次日晨10时,试验1组(n = 1200)肠道准备时间为检查日晨起6时至11时,试验2组(n = 1200)肠道准备时间为检查前晚8时至次日晨8时。比较三组的肠道清洁度、睡眠质量、排便次数、阳性检出率等指标。结果:经分析,三组的第1、2瓶药物起效时间、药效总作用时间、共计排便次数相比有差异性,试验1组 < 试验2组 < 对照组(P < 0.05)。三组的肠道准备评分量表(BBPS)评分相比不具有差异性(P > 0.05)。三组的肠道清洁度、阳性检出率、一次性成功率相比无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。三组的睡眠、不适主诉评分具有差异性,试验1组 < 试验2组 < 对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合西甲硅油乳剂用于肠镜检查前肠道准备中的清洁度、一次性检查成功率较高,但是肠道准备时间定为检查日晨起6时至11时更有利于保障患者睡眠质量,减少其不适主诉,一定程度上提高了检查效率。
Objective: To investigate the effects of bowel preparation at different times before colonoscopy on bowel cleanliness and sleep in patients. Methods: A total of 3500 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the endoscopy center of our hospital from August 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into three groups according to the random number table method. At the same time, intestinal preparation at different times was corresponding by lottery. The bowel preparation time of the control group (n = 1100) was from 6:00 pm the night before the examination to 10:00 am the next day; the bowel preparation time of the experimental group 1 (n = 1200) was from 6:00 am to 11:00 am on the examination day; the bowel preparation time of the experimental group 2 (n = 1200) was from 8:00 pm before examination to 8:00 am the next day. Intestinal cleanliness, sleep quality, frequency of defecation, detection of positive lesions and other indicators were compared. Results: After analysis, there were differences in the onset time of the first and second bottles of drugs, the total drug effect time, and the total number of bowel movements among the three groups, and the experimental group 1 < experimental group 2 < control group (P < 0.05). There was no difference in bowel preparation scale (BBPS) scores among the three groups (P > 0.05). There were no significant differences in the intestinal cleanliness, lesion detection, and one-time success rate among the three groups (P > 0.05). There were differences in sleep scores and complaints of discomfort among the three groups, and the experimental group 1 < the experimental group 2 < the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with simethicone has higher cleanliness and one-time success rate in bowel preparation before colonoscopy, but bowel preparation time is set from 6 am to 11 am on the examination day.
