%X 自动铺丝技术是一种应用先进复合材料进行低成本、智能化、数字化构件制造的技术,它成功突破了复合材料大型构件难以手工成型的技术缺陷,具有制造高效率、高质量、高精度和高可靠性等优点。随着自动铺丝技术在大型飞机复合材料构件制造上的广泛应用,自动铺丝软件技术在复合材料设计制造一体化中的作用日趋重要,目前国内自动铺丝软件与国外成熟自动铺丝软件还存在着较大的差距。通过对国内外自动铺丝CAD/CAM软件的研究开发现状及应用情况进行研究与探讨,提出了自动铺丝CAD/CAM软件的开发趋势,为国内自主知识产权的自动铺丝软件开发提供有益借鉴。
Composite automatic fiber placement is a low-cost, intelligent and digital component manufacturing technology using advanced composite materials. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high quality, high precision and high reliability, and successfully breaks through the bottleneck of manual forming of large composite components. With the wide application of automatic fiber placement technology in the manufacturing of composite materials for large aircraft, the role of automatic fiber placement software in the integration of composite material design and manufacturing is becoming more and more important. At present, it’s still a big gap between China and foreign countries in the research of automatic fiber placement software. This paper studies and discusses the development status and application of automatic fiber placement CAD/CAM software, and puts forward the development trend of automatic fiber placement CAD/CAM software to provide useful reference for the development of automatic fiber placement software in China.
