%X 共犯关系脱离探究的是危害结果的责任归属问题，旨在解决脱离者为何不对最终既遂结果承担责任，它与犯罪中止分属于不同的理论。因果关系切断说的合理性来源于因果共犯论，而其标准过高的缺点可以用共谋射程理论来弥补。要想成功从共犯关系中脱离，从脱离者的角度看，需要切断原本物理性以及心理性的因果联系，从剩余共犯的角度看，需基于新的共谋继续完成犯罪。所有判断的落脚点均在于原本既存的共犯关系是否已经不复存在。<br />
The question of attribution of responsi-bility for harming the outcome of the offense is explored in the case of the separation of the offender, which is a different theory from the suspension of the crime. The rationality of the causal severance theory comes from the theory of causal complicity, and its disadvantage of too high a standard can be compensated for by the conspiracy range theory. In order to successfully break away from the accomplice relationship, from the perspective of the detached, it is necessary to cut off the original physical and psychological causal links, and from the perspective of the remaining accomplices, it is necessary to continue to complete the crime based on new complicity. The point of all judgments is whether the original accomplice relationship no longer exists.
