We report a 40-year-old woman with the synchronous renal and hepatic epithelioid angiomyolipoma with preoperative papillary thyroid carcinoma. She had been operated to remove the tumors in her liver and kidney. The histopathological and immunohistochemical results of surgical specimens were concordant with epithelioid angiomyolipoma. Her thyroid carcinoma is still followed up to evaluate. After surgery she had not received any adjuvant therapy. Currently, after 8 months of treatment, she has not appeared with recurrent lesions. %K EAML %K Synchronous %K Kidney %U http://www.oalib.com/paper/6788381
