It is an important pathogen in immunocompromised patients, they were reported as fungemia, funguria, endocarditis, peritonitis and wound infections causing necrotising fasciitis. We describe a case where Kodamaea ohmeri isolated from peritoneal infection in an elderly patient that came with retroperitoneal collection as a complication of ruptured right upper ureteric stent. The organism was confirmed by using matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight (MALDI-TOF). Patient was treated with Amphotericin B and switched to anidulafungin. She was discharged well. %K K. ohmeri %K Amphotericin B %K Anidulafungin %K Fungaemia %U http://www.oalib.com/paper/6788375
