%X 精神生产理论是唯物史观的重要内容，也是社会全面生产理论的重要组成部分。精神生产是人类社会中最自觉的生产类型，为人类的实践提供能动的指导，在人类社会的发展历程之中有着十分重要的作用。苏商精神在继承明清以及近代苏商文化的基础之上，不断发展至今，对国家社会以及个人的发展都有着重要价值。在马克思精神生产理论的指导下去探寻苏商精神的价值意蕴，对于当今社会的发展有着十分重要的意义。<br />
The theory of spiritual production is an important part of historical materialism and the theory of all-round social production. Spiritual production is the most conscious type of production in human society. It provides active guidance for human practice and plays a very important role in the development of human society. On the basis of inheriting the culture of the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the modern Soviet merchants, the spirit of the Soviet merchants has been developing continuously till now, which is of great value to the development of the country, society and individuals. Under the guidance of Marx’s theory of spiritual production, it is of great significance for the development of today’s society to explore the value implication of the spirit of Soviet merchants.
