This article discusses the risk factors, evaluation and nursing of aspiration, to improve the understanding of clinical medical staff on aspiration, so as to help clinical medical staff fully un-derstand the nursing progress of aspiration of patients with severe neurological stroke, promote the accuracy of clinical nursing operation, and benefit patients.
