%X 目的:了解重庆地区三甲医院护士抑郁发生现状和影响因素,为制定预防抑郁措施提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,于2020年9月至2021年3月间,对重庆地区三种类型的三甲医院进行网络问卷调查。采用抑郁自评量表进行抑郁情况评价,并采用我院自行设计的抑郁原因调查表对样本人员心理抑郁状况的影响因素进行调查,采用单因素检验和多因素逻辑回归分析重庆地区护士心理抑郁的危险因素。结果:共纳入有效问卷901份。总体而言,抑郁发生率为39.73% (358人),其轻、中、重度抑郁发生率分别为23.64%、14.65%、1.44%。经过多因素分析,婚姻状况、感觉压力、睡眠质量、收入水平是重庆地区三甲医院护士抑郁发生的独立危险因素。其中,睡眠质量是影响抑郁发生的最大因素。并且收入水平的影响呈现非线性,抑郁压力来源以医院相关考试和工作为主。结论:重庆地区三甲医院护士抑郁状况发生率处于全国平均水平,应根据其影响因素、采取恰当的干预方式降低护士抑郁的发生。
Objective: To investigate the status and influencing factors of depression among nurses in grade A tertiary hospitals in Chongqing, and to provide basis for developing depression prevention measures. Methods: Convenience sampling was used to conduct network questionnaire survey on three types of hospitals in Chongqing from September 2020 to March 2021. The risk factors of psychological depression among nurses staff in Chongqing were analyzed by univariate test and logistic regression. Results: A total of 901 valid questionnaires were included. Overall, the incidence of depression was 39.73% (358 people), and the incidence of mild, moderate and severe depression was 23.64%, 14.65% and 1.44%, respectively. Through multi-factor analysis, marital status, perceived stress, sleep quality and income level are the risk factors for depression among nurses in grade A tertiary hospitals in Chongqing, and the impact of income level is nonlinear. The depression sources mainly came from hospital examinations and work. Conclusion: The incidence of depression in Chongqing is at the national average level, and appropriate intervention methods should be taken to reduce the incidence of depression among nursing staff according to its influencing factors.
