Comparison of Fruit Quality of Dongzao Jujube in Tianjin %A 史滟滪 %A 杨静慧 %A 刘海荣 %A 牟坤 %J Botanical Research %P 652-658 %@ 2168-5673 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/BR.2022.116079 %X 为了解目前天津市场的冬枣品质,本研究以黄骅冬枣、沾化冬枣、沾冬2号(沾化二代冬枣)、大港冬枣这4个品种果实为试验材料,比较了冬枣果实品质的指标差异。结果表明:沾冬2号单果重(17.53 g)、可溶性固形物含量(16.73%)、可溶性糖含量(23.83%)、可滴定酸含量(0.4%)、糖酸比(81.15)以及Vc含量(250.85 mg/100g)均为最高;沾化冬枣的果形指数(0.98)、含水量(83.05%)最高;冬枣果实品质优劣通过隶属函数综合分析依次为:沾冬2号 > 沾化冬枣 > 黄骅冬枣 > 大港冬枣。
In order to compare the quality of jujube sold on Tianjin market from different variety, the study selected four varieties of Dongzao: Huanghua jujube, Zhanhua jujube , the second generation of Zhanhua jujube and Dagang jujube, compared the differences of the fruit quality indexes of Dongzao. The results showed that the single fruit weight (17.53 g), soluble solid content (16.73%), soluble sugar content (23.83%), titratable acid content (0.4%), sugar-acid ratio (81.15) and Vc content (250.85 mg/100g) of the second generation of Zhanhua jujube were the highest. The fruit shape index (0.98) and water content (83.05%) of Zhanhua jujube were the highest. The fruit quality of jujube was in the order of the second generation of Zhanhua jujube, Zhanhua jujube, Dagang jujube, Huanghua jujube according to a membership function analysis. %K 冬枣,品质,果实
