%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">习近平主席强调，“人才是第一资源，创新是第一动力。”人才是衡量国家综合国力强盛与否的关键性指标，也是实现民族振兴不可替代的战略性支撑。新时代产教深度融合是推进人才培养创新的重要举措，是供给侧结构性改革、产业转型升级的不竭动力。在这样的新时代背景下，高校作为人才培养的重要和主要基地，必须以国家战略需求为导向，紧跟潮流，进行人才培养的创新设计。本文针对新时代背景下我国人才培养存在的问题，汲取国外先进经验，从培养机制、培养模式、培养体系等方面探析其创新发展路径。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">President Xi Jinping stressed, “Talent is the primary resource, and innovation is the primary driving force.” Talent is the key index to measure the prosperity of the national comprehensive national strength, but also an irreplaceable strategic support to achieve national rejuvenation. The deep integration of industry and education in the new era is an important measure to promote the innovation of talent training, and an inexhaustible driving force for the supply-side structural reform and industrial transformation and upgrading. In such a new era background, colleges and universities, as an important and the main base of talent training, must be guided by the national strategic needs, closely follow the trend, and carry out the innovative design of talent training. In view of the problems existing in China’s talent training in the new era background, this paper draws on foreign advanced experience, and analyzes its innovative development path from the aspects of training mechanism, training mode and training system.</span>
