Compulsory education, as a basic social service, is an important manifestation of social justice. Inte-grating urban and rural compulsory education resources can achieve balanced development between urban and rural areas, thus reducing the differences between urban and rural areas. The article summarizes the progress of the research on the construction of the teaching staff in the process of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education in China, analyzes the unbalanced development of the construction of the teaching staff from the external and internal reasons, establishes a dynamic model of the construction of the teaching staff and makes a detailed analysis, and finally puts forward several targeted suggestions according to the dynamic model. %K 教师队伍建设,城乡义务教育一体化,动态模型
