%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">义务教育作为社会基础性服务，是社会公正的重要表现，将城市与乡村义务教育资源整合可以达到城乡的平衡发展，从而减少了城乡差异。文章总结了关于我国城乡义务教育一体化过程中教师队伍建设研究的进展状况，分别从外部和内部原因解析建设教师队伍过程中发展不均衡的问题，建立了教师队伍建设的动态模型并进行详细分析，最后根据动态模型提出了几条针对性建议。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Compulsory education, as a basic social service, is an important manifestation of social justice. Inte-grating urban and rural compulsory education resources can achieve balanced development between urban and rural areas, thus reducing the differences between urban and rural areas. The article summarizes the progress of the research on the construction of the teaching staff in the process of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education in China, analyzes the unbalanced development of the construction of the teaching staff from the external and internal reasons, establishes a dynamic model of the construction of the teaching staff and makes a detailed analysis, and finally puts forward several targeted suggestions according to the dynamic model.</span>
