Vigorously promote the “model labor spirit, labor spirit, craftsman spirit” and “cultivate more highly skilled talents and great country craftsmen”. In the long-term practice, we have cultivated the “craftsman spirit” of “dedication, excellence, meticulousness and excellence”. In order to embark on a new journey and set sail again, there is an urgent need for a large number of skilled talents with “craftsmanship spirit”, and it is urgent to make “craftsmanship spirit” more popular in the whole society. From the perspective of “craftsmanship spirit”, explore the innovative development path of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and cultivate high-quality skilled talents suitable for society and industry. “Craftsman spirit” points out the development direction for college students’ entrepreneurship and innovation. Innovation aims to improve the knowledge, skills and quality of college students. Entrepreneurship is the purpose of innovation, while “craftsmanship” is the core of talent training and the spiritual realm that talent cause must- have for long-term development.
