Effect of Pueraria lobata Extract on Immune Function in Mice %A 蒋单栋 %A 么春艳 %A 肖鹏 %A 邹莹 %J Hans Journal of Food and Nutrition Science %P 314-321 %@ 2166-6121 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJFNS.2022.114036 %X 本文旨在研究不同剂量葛根提取物对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。小鼠无菌取脾脏、胸腺,称重后记录脏体比,检测致敏小鼠血清中IFN-γ、TNF-α和IL-6的水平、溶血素指数和迟发型超敏反应,溶血空斑试验比较脾脏中抗体分P<0.05泌细胞数量。结果显示,与空白组比较,高剂量葛根提取物可明显提高小鼠的脾脏体比值(P < 0.05)并且显著提高迟发性变态反应(P < 0.01);中剂量组可显著提高血清溶血素水平(P < 0.01),其他剂量组较空白组有所增强但无显著性(P > 0.05);低、高剂量组都可显著提高小鼠体外溶血空斑指数(P < 0.05),且高剂量组效果更为显著;低剂量组IFN-γ明显升高,并且较空白组TNF-α和IL-6的水平显著降低。因此,葛根提取物能够提高正常小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different doses of Pueraria Spray Dry In-stant Powder (PSIP) on immune function in normal mice, taking the spleen and thymus gland of mice aseptically, recording the ratio of viscera to body after weighing, and the levels of IFN-γ, TNF-α and IL-6, hemolysin index and delayed type hypersensitivity were detected in the serum of sensi-tized mice. The results showed that the spleen-body ratio (P < 0.05) and delayed allergic reaction (P < 0.01) of mice were significantly increased by high dose PSIP compared with control group. The level of serum hemolysin was significantly increased in the middle dose group (P < 0.01), but not in the other dose groups (P < 0.05), and the plaque index in vitro was significantly increased in the low and high dose groups (P < 0.05), IFN-γ in low dose group was significantly higher than that in con-trol group, and the level of TNF-α and IL-6 in low dose group was significantly lower than that in control group. Therefore, Pueraria Montana extract can improve the humoral and cellular immunity of normal mice. %K 葛根,提取物,免疫提高,体液免疫,细胞免疫
